Return and Refund Policy

At Chase Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we deal in high-value, collectible trading card products, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and secure experience for all our customers.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition (Strict Requirement)

Due to the nature of the trading card market and the potential for “search” or tampering:

  • Sealed Products Only: To be eligible for a return, your hobby box or card product must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Tamper Check: Any item that shows signs of the factory shrink-wrap or seal being broken, tampered with, or resealed is ineligible for return or refund.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected based on the condition of the seal.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  3. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at contactsupport@chasegems.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Note: Minor cosmetic wear to the outer manufacturer shrink-wrap that does not affect the integrity of the box is standard in the hobby and may not qualify as “damaged.”

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
