- Note on Collectibles: Due to the nature of hobby boxes and trading cards, market prices may fluctuate. Prices are locked at the time of purchase.

We strive to provide efficient fulfillment for our collectors:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-8 business days.

5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy for Chase Gems is as follows:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns on hobby boxes that have been opened or tampered with.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Funds will typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
