We warrant that your product will arrive in its original factory-sealed condition.

  • Integrity Check: If you receive a product where the factory seal is broken or appears tampered with upon arrival, we provide a full replacement or refund, provided the issue is reported before you open the product further.
  • Shipping Protection: We guarantee that your order will be packed using professional-grade materials (heavy-duty boxes and bubble wrap) to protect the structural integrity of the hobby box during transit.

In the card hobby, “searching” or “weighing” packs is a major concern. Chase Gems guarantees that we never weigh, x-ray, or search any sealed products. * We sell “dead” and “live” boxes exactly as they come from the manufacturer cases.

4. Manufacturer Support Warranty

While Chase Gems warrants the outer seal and authenticity of the box, the quality of the individual cards inside (such as centering, surface condition, or autograph quality) is governed by the manufacturer’s warranty (Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, etc.).

  • Defect Assistance: If you discover a manufacturing defect inside a sealed box (e.g., a missing hit or a severely damaged card), we will provide you with the official purchase receipt required to file a claim with the manufacturer’s consumer relations department.

5. Fulfillment Guarantee

We guarantee that your order will be processed and handed over to the carrier within 1-2 business days. If an item is discovered to be out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify you immediately and provide a 100% full refund.

6. How to Claim

If you believe your product has arrived in a condition that violates our Authenticity or Condition Warranty:

  1. Stop: Do not open the product further or break the factory seal.
  2. Document: Take clear, high-resolution photos of the shipping box and the product seal.
